Been working on this for days, did not get it right.
Central container, two column with header and footer. Style sheet one has the problem that IE 6 screws up on the padding of the lists and headers in the sidebar and I do not see a solution (left: Mozilla, right: IE 6).
Tried a totally different style sheet, added background dropshadow, two column structure uses different technique (negative margins). This one goes wrong in Mozilla 1.3 -- again I saw no work around.
The bug occurs as soon as the page is longer than the screen. Even on shorter pages it appears immediately if you make the browser window shorter than the page length (left: Mozilla, right: IE 6).
Fortunately this bug has been solved in Mozilla 1.7, I didn't do anything wrong :-)
